Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you.
Mustard Seed Mountain has a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase of the order. We highly recommend purchasing the sample size to try the scent before purchasing the larger sizes. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that you do not like the scent.
To inquire about a return or refund, please contact us by sending an email to support@mustardseedmountain.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions how to proceed.
Damages & Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately by emailing us at support@mustardseedmountain.com. Please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item when emailing us.
Non-Returnable Items
Sample size melts are non-returnable. These are provided as a way for customers to try the scent before purchasing the larger sizes. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on the original form of payment method. Please remember it does take some time for your financial institution or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
In order to ensure you are able to exchange for the item you are wanting, we recommend to return the item you have, and once the item is accepted and approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
